What can acupuncture help with?

Just like cars or gardens, our bodies need regular ‘maintenance’ and ‘servicing’ to resolve the small stresses and strains before they accumulate as pain in our bodies. Acupuncture can have a huge impact on your well being.

You often feel revitalised after an acupuncture treatment. It can effectively reduces stress, improves your sleep patterns and increases your energy levels, which in turn strengthens your immune system.

Acupuncture can work exceedingly well in conjunction with other healing modalities

Nina works closely with osteopaths, herbalists, naturopaths, homeopaths, podiatrists, midwives, counsellors, doctors and hormonal specialists. Acupuncture can help to speed up and enhance the healing processes of the other modalities listed above because it positively affects the dynamic balance of our physical, spiritual, and emotional being.
